After reading all the positive reviews I had a good feeling about getting my rear window tint removed. I was told it was in bad shape and they'd do their best. However, a significant portion of the tint specifically around the brake light was still there. Odd how the rest was able to be successfully removed and not the spot that required time and detailed attention. The car was handed back to me with pieces of removed tint on the back seat and floor and the baby car seat was removed and not reinstalled. Not sure if they really "did their best". My friends have encouraged me to share this review.
