It's Like a Winter Jacket For Your Vehicle

Better protection, longer lifespan, and more money in your pocket down the road

Why Should You Rustproof Your Vehicle

Your Vehicle Deserves a Long, Happy Life

You didn’t buy your vehicle just to watch it slowly crumble into a pile of flakes. Rustproofing keeps it strong, shiny, and road-ready for the long haul.

Salt and Snow Are the Ultimate Frenemies

Live in a place with winter? Road salt = rust’s favorite snack. A good rustproofing job keeps the salty stuff from doing damage.

More Years, Fewer Worries

Rust doesn’t just mess with how your vehicle looks—it can actually mess with important stuff underneath. Rustproofing helps avoid those "surprise" repair bills later.

A Rust-Free Ride = Better Resale

When it’s time to sell, buyers notice rust. And not in a good way. Keep it clean, and you’ll thank yourself when you’re cashing that check.

It’s Cheaper Than Fixing Rust Later

Fixing rust is kind of like dental work, painful and pricey. Rustproofing is the preventative care your vehicle secretly wants (but can’t ask for).

Secure Your Vehicle

Here's How It Works

There is a difference between underbody protection and inner cavity protection. For full long-term protection against the elements, most people opt for both when it comes to protecting their vehicle all year round.

Underbody Protection

APPLIED TO THE:
Frame, Floor Pan, Fender Liners, Fuel Lines, Gas Lines, Gas Tank

inner cavity protection

APPLIED IN THE:
Cavaties of doors, Cavaties of hood, Front fenders, Rear quarter panels, Inside from channel, Inside rocker panels, Firewall, Inside engine, Shock tower, Radiator support, Beams and welds

Tailored Packages

Our Rustproofing Packages that Make Sense

We choose the product based on what is best for your vehicle, not what looks the thickest or sounds the fanciest.

NEW VEHICLE RUST PROTECTION

Protect it before rust ever has a chance.

Underbody (Rubberized Coating)

Dripless Rubberized underbody protection (thick, protective seal that also reduces noise and protects against road debris).

Inner Cavity (Wax-based Coating)

Protection with a Dripless Wax-Based Coating (flows into tight seams).

Why this is the opportunity:

✓ This is the only stage where rust prevention is 100% proactive
✓ Seals clean, exposed metal before corrosion can begin
✓ Once rust starts, it can only be slowed - never reversed
✓ Protects factory seams, welds, and cavities from day one
✓ Preserves long‑term structure, value, and resale

The best time to rustproof a vehicle is before rust ever forms.

Ideal Time: As early as possible, while the vehicle is still rust‑free. This seals exposed metal and internal cavities before corrosion can begin.

Goal: Maximum prevention and sealing the clean metal from day one.

USED VEHICLE RUST PROTECTION

Protect what’s solid. Slow what’s started.

Underbody (wax-based Coating)

Dripless Wax‑Based underbody protection designed to coat and protect existing metal without trapping moisture, helping slow rust progression while preventing new corrosion from forming.

inner cavity (wax-based Coating)

Protection with a Dripless Wax-Based Coating (flows into tight seams).

Why this is the smart move:

✓ Protects solid metal before rust spreads
✓ Slows existing surface rust and prevents new rust from forming
✓ Reaches seams and cavities where rust starts first
✓ Designed for real‑world Ontario driving and winters
✓Extends the usable life and value of the vehicle

Most vehicles on the road fall into this category and this package is designed specifically for them.

Ideal Time: If the vehicle already has some surface rust, that’s normal. Most Ontario vehicles do. This package is designed for vehicles that have already seen real‑world driving and winters.

Goal: This package is about slowing the clock, protecting what is still solid, and extending the life of your vehicle.

rustproofing process

Our 6-Step
Rustproofing Process

Step 1: Vehicle check-in & inspection

Following a complete inspection, we will recommend the ideal protection package and dedicate time to clearly explain our reasoning and answer all of your questions.

Step 2: Masking & Protection of Sensitive Areas

Fresh seat, wheel, shifter and floor covers are placed to keep your vehicle clean. No contaminated material enters your vehicle at any time.

Step 3: cavity spray (doors/rockers/hatch)

We access factory openings and drain holes to spray inside doors, rockers, pillars, and hidden cavities. No drilling is ever done.

Step 4: Underbody Application

A clean, dripless application is applied across all major underbody contact points.

Step 5: Post-Service Exterior wash + Wipe Down

Your vehicle receives a free 2-bucket hand wash to clean off any overspray. This method helps avoid water cross-contamination.

Step 6: Final Review + Photos Provided (Coming Soon)

We verify even coverage, complete a photo walkthrough (coming soon), and disinfect the vehicle before the handoff.

We Know the Cost of Waiting.

We know the “death sentence” rust can be for a vehicle. We’ve watched clean-looking trucks end up in the shop for massive frame rebuilds because the underbody was left unprotected.

Once rust turns structural, you aren’t looking at a simple fix. You’re looking at thousands in specialized fabrication. Don’t wait until you’re forced to choose between a huge repair bill or the scrapyard. Protect your original frame now and keep your vehicle on the road.

Long-Lasting Rust Prevention

Rustproofing Maintenance

Give your ride the best shot at a rust-free life by following a few simple steps after your treatment. For the first 48 hours, avoid driving on gravel roads or through heavy rain to let the coating settle properly. And for the first couple of weeks, hold off on pressure washing those treated areas, like your wheel wells and engine compartment, so the product can fully harden. Drying times may vary based on thickness, temperature, and other factors, but once it’s set, your undercoating does the work for you, no extra maintenance needed.

KEEP IT STRONG: While our rust-proofing treatment is built to last, we recommend a touch-up every year to keep it in peak condition. A little routine maintenance goes a long way in ensuring your vehicle stays protected, corrosion-free, and ready for anything the road (or the weather) throws at it.

FAQ’s

FAQs Of Rustproofing

Most vehicles take 45–60 minutes depending on package.

Yes. Our formula is fully dripless so there’s no mess on your driveway.

No. We use factory openings and drain holes only.

No. We use a clean, controlled application process that prevents overspray.

Once a year for optimal protection.

Yes. You receive one year of coverage with free reapplication if needed, plus automated reminders.

No, it cannot reverse existing rust. However, it slows the spread by sealing out moisture and oxygen. It acts like sunscreen: it doesn’t undo damage, but helps prevent it from getting worse.

Applying a thick rubberized coating over existing rust can trap moisture and accelerate corrosion, making the problem worse. That is why we never rubberize the underbody of a used vehicle. Instead, we use wax-based protection, which flows into seams to coat existing metal and slow further corrosion without sealing it in.

It is too thin for exposed areas. While wax is excellent for internal seams, it lacks the durability to protect the undercarriage from stone chips and constant road spray. We use wax inside panels, but use rubberized coating underneath for a tougher, long-lasting shield.

Because it seals the “new” in. Rubberized undercoating works best on clean, rust-free metal. It creates a thick, permanent barrier that repels salt and water while protecting against stone chips. Unlike wax, it stays in place without thinning, similar to putting a case on a brand-new phone before it gets scratched.
